the sylvia theater

We had looked forward to finally going to "The Sylvia" - an old movie theater turned concert hall. I bought concert tickets as a surprise for a group of friends. We were disappointed at how run down the facility was. It was still fun to see the show and to look at how cute the place must've been at one point.I would recommend going once, but go for a cheap show.

This used to be a great place to go for entertainment. Movies, concerts and other forms of entertainment were always available.In the last six months, the quality has diminished. I'm not sure what all happened, but it's nothing like it was. Different managers, different employees a whole different quality.After a couple of bad visits, we've decided not to waste our time or money any longer.
