Highly recommend a visit to Motte & Sons. We were greeted by Mike & Eugenia who took us on a tour of the distillery and gave us a taste of all their products. All delicious! My favorite is The General, their whiskey (but the aged rum is also outstanding), and my wife's favorite is the vodka. They also gave us a special treat, a sample of the tequila they are considering! Great people and a great experience. We will be back to exchange our empties soon!!!

What an interesting tour these people gave me and it's free too! I had no idea what all went into distilling spirits, but the Motte family spent lots of time with us going through the various steps that are involved in making liquor..so interesting and they also have a free tasting room! I highly reccomend visiting this great new distillery..it's located near the Marriott

Served by the owner, Eugenia. Loved their whiskey, The General. Smooth. Their Spanish stills are the bomb. Prices are reasonable and we sampled their vodka, rum and brandy for free too!

This is a must see in Spartanburg. They give tours of the place and tasting of their product. They are currently make whiskey, rum, vodka and brandy. They all taste very good.
