The mall is difficult to navigate. The shops are dated and need renovated. The food court is sad and small.

This mall was located close to my hotel so I decided to stop by to see if I could get any of my Christmas shopping done. Unfortunately, I left empty-handed. While the mall had nationally recognized anchor stores, such as Belk and Dillards, they seemed to carry dated items that I would not find at my local Belk and Dillards. Overall, my impression of this mall is that it is blah and needs to be revitalized with new stores.

I love going shopping at the mall. Wish they had a music store like haywood. Plus a build a bear would be nice. They have some good restaurants but need more places. If they just make a few improvements it would be great.

This mall is like many others around the country. WestGate is missing a huge opportunity to bring in some atypical stores that people would love and fit the needs of the area. Country, outdoor, southern food preparation, and give it a facelift to align with the area of the country! It does however have all the stores expected in a mall.
