We happened upon this delightful museum after visiting the Petrified Wood Park. We had no idea what to expect but we were pleasantly surprised with the wonderful exhibits and how they are displayed. There are some wonderful dinosaur bones, interesting Native American artifacts, military related items, local history, and interesting general items from decades past. We spent about 2 1/2 hours here! The couple managing it were very nice and able to answer our questions quite thoroughly. We were also given an adult scavenger hunt sheet which made looking around the museum even more fun as we tried to find certain items.This would be a great stop for families with school age children, especially if they like dinosaur bones!
