We bought tickets for dinner and the show. The meal (buffet style) appeared to have been prepared by the theater group. There was plenty of food with dessert and it was quite tasty. A variety of beverages are also available. We saw the play, The Boardwalk Debacle, and learned why brothels are called cathouses. The play actually takes place in a building the dates back to the late 1800s and you do have to walk up a rather steep flight of stairs to get to the theater. Afterwards the cast come out and you have an opportunity to speak with them. If they a doing a different play the next time we're in Deadwood, we'll certainly go again.
