We had a great time here! We enjoyed the many shows and the animals! This has been a tradition since I was a little kid. The food was expensive and not very good, but we didn't go for the food. Great family activity!

We LOVED the Galapagos turtles! My husband and brother-in-law have fond memories of riding on them as children. This is no longer allowed for the health of the turtles, but my kids and I totally didn't miss that at all. It was still so amazing to see these beautiful creatures up-close when we walked right into their enclosures. We got to pet them and there were so many amazing photo opportunities!There were cool opportunities to interact with other animals too, like giving a dollar bill to a bird who would grab it in its beak (for a donation), animal shows, and petting snakes.We totally recommend this to families with kids!

Some really interesting exhibits and shows. Excellent snake exhibit and show. Good for at least a half day.

I took my daughter to Reptile Gardens while we were visiting South Dakota and we loved it. I can't wait until by son is old enough to enjoy going there, because we will definitely be back. We caught a couple shows as well and they were enjoyable and educational. We loved the whole experience.

You can't possibly go through the Black Hills without stopping at Reptile Gardens. We are lucky because we are local - we visit a couple times throughout the year and it never gets old. The staff is friendly, the animals are amazing and they shows allow you to "make a day of it".

Larger than life experience. So much to look at and do. Great for kids of all ages. I have been twice and plan to return when I'm back in the area.

We lived for the past 2 years in Rapid City and whenever friends came to visit we always took them to Reptile Gardens and everyone loved it!!! Last year we had season passes and I would pick up my grandchildren after school and since it is so close to town we could run out there and catch an afternoon show of either the reptiles or birds. Their live shows are excellent. We loved it because we could go and just stay for a show or hang out longer if we wanted. The summer flowers and grounds are spectacular and we always love the shows with the live animals and entertaining and knowledgeable presenters. We always had fun and learned something new everytime we went. Everything is well kept, clean, animals taken good care of it and it is a great outing for all ages. I highly recommend going here if you are in the area.

My 4 year old just loves this place. We buy annual pass and use them regularly. Plenty of things to hold our interest, friendly staff, and great animals to see and learn about. If your in town visit Reptile Gardens and enjoy !

Drive area is just ok depending in if the animals are out or not. The walk threw park is the best part lots of animals and fun for kids

We could not have a better guide than the caretaker herself. This is a must to see for every age. Our granddaughter loved the big monster size turtles. There are beautiful flowers and a wonderland of birds along with plants. Of course alot of snakes from around the world. with reptiles too. This was a half a day stop.

I try to visit Reptile Gradens whenever I am in the area. It never ceases to amaze the kids. They have several shows, so try to plan your day accordingly, because you do not want to miss them.
