We all look for that special place to go for real peace. Not having my Parents anymore, Memorial Gardens offers that chance to rekindle thoughts of our past with beauty, God, and life.

While relaxing away from home we went to this garden. It is beautiful! I love all the different areas some with waterfalls. Nice place to sit and read a book or just take a picture with a lovely background.

Three-acre 1804 garden/cemetery restored to its full glory. The garden has annual display beds and borders entwined through the 200-year-old cemetery. Ancient stone foundation flanked with stone resting benches. Spring beds of pansies, hyacinths, daffodils, azaleas and 1400 tulips in the garden. Year-round the garden boasts enormous oaks. magnolias, dogwoods, roses and twisted crape myrtles. Locals take a bag lunch and enjoy the scenery, most of us have taken pictures of this beautiful place. Fountains, flowers, large trees, paths and benches, what more could you ask for? #1 Tip: Don't forget a camera. #2: If the school kids are there, pick another day or go later.
