Hello, This is David the owner of The Brewer's Kettle. I just wanted to take the time to reach out to you on your review on Tripadvisor. We take feedback very seriously and want to make all of our customers happy. My main concern was the mention of service that you had to come to the bar to get service. Unfortunately we don't really do table service for the inside or outside of our location., so everyone has to order at the bar. You had mentioned the place was a dive and that we were trying to be more upscale. We do take a lot of pride in things such as the cleanliness of our place, so I was just looking for a little more clarification(possibly an untidy bathroom etc). These reviews sites can steer people to or away from a business, so I typically always reach out to people who give poor reviews...I do this in complete sincerity of addressing problems.
