As a migraine sufferer, I find tremendous relief in massages. Buoyance is a spa of exceptional offerings. Of particular note is their Flotation Therapy Tank. I was a bit nervous about entering into it - claustrophobia and all that. However, the experience was one of the most relaxing I have ever enjoyed. After undressing and showering, you enter into the tank and close the door behind you. I checked to make sure I could still open it if I wanted to. Two 'noodles' are available to rest beneath your neck and knees so I tried them initially. There is a sound recording that fades away as you float for a solid, blessed HOUR. After a bit, I removed the noodles and just trusted the salt-saturated waters to hold me up. I relaxed and prayed during my time of completely checking out from the stresses of my life outside. When the hour was over a little bell chimed to cue me in to the next step. I showered again and prepared for a half-hour massage which was perfect. I recommend this jewel of care and indulgence to everyone!
