wise acres organic strawberry farm

I have taken my children to this new u-pick farm twice this Spring. This is their first season and as always there is a learning curve. That said, I have been very impressed that it went this well for the owners as it seemed to this season. They are growing the berries using organic methods, of course, it takes three seasons, to get things certified "organic." I should say that I am not a strawberry fan, I have always found them sour or bitter. Little did I know that was because of the nasty stuff used to grow them. These strawberries were so delicious. My kids had a great time. I spoke with the owners and there are plans to raise pumpkins for the Fall and have a hay ride. Cathy and Robb have a great plan and I think the next couple of years will bring a lot of family fun to the Indian Trail area.
