Found Fair Game via online discount service and couldn't be happier with our experience. The tour is very informative and the wines are a pleasure to drink. I was concerned about drinking something with such a high alcohol content but this is a true sipping wine and the bottles we purchased have been enjoyed. Note, the fortified wines are more expensive but they are worth every penny. I'm really looking forward to see what the spring holds for this unique company.

We visited Fair Game because of a Groupon and had an interesting time. This is a fairly new establishment and only has 4 fortified wines (one a sheery type and one a port type) at the moment but will be bottling one more in the next few weeks and will have spirits ready in March. These are fortified wines and so are high in alcohol content but still delicious. Their website has cool recipes to use with their wines. The tour was fun especially since they distill in an old military building with massive doors and walls. The complex has a few other businesses and they are all environmentally friendly. We will return in March to try their spirits.
