We stopped by to catch a couple of fish for dinner. It was a perfect adventure. My wife caught two trout and Alex filleted them for us. The fishing rod and bait were provided. It's probably the freshest trout we've ever had! A delightful experience.

Stumbled upon this little gem in the mountains south of the Nantahala near Bryson City. It was a great experience. A scenic drive into the mountains brings you to this place. With 3 kids, 5 and under, it was perfect. This is a trout farm, so whatever fish you catch, you buy. There is no catch and release. It's about $4.75 /lb and most of the fish you catch is 1-2 pounds. This is great for kids as they will catch a fish within about 3-5 min using a fishing pole and bait that they provide. The rainbow trout water is fed from a creek and the fish are grown here. The staff was very helpful and cleaned and filleted the fish for us. Bring a small cooler with ice and you can bring all of the great fish back with you. We took them back to our cabin and cooked them up and they were great. A great experience for some great food.
