This Arena had comfortable seats, and looking at who is coming they are going to have great artists come and perform this year.

All venues should follow this place's customer service. Doors opened on time and got the crowd moving without delay. Always someone around to help you find restrooms and seats

Great location in downtown Charlotte. But make sure you arrive early to get through security in time for your event. Be there at least 45 minutes early.

What I saw was so gross that I actually would not allow my son or I to eat a thing while there. I really wish a food inspector was there but it was the weekend and in Charlotte I don't think inspectors work weekends or nights. They are like highend doctors and bankers I guess. When I see things like this I feel the city and vendor are both letting the people down. Go to the arena but just don't eat.

My husband and I went to a concert there. Very enjoyable experience! Staff was very helpful, plenty of restrooms available, good eating choices, etc. The arena is very well laid out, signs provide adequate directions and the seating provides good viewing. We had no problem finding a parking spot. Many places are located close by with reasonable prices. We would def return.

Went to a concert on a Saturday evening. Very pleased with the venue. Plenty of parking areas around. smooth getting in with the large crowd. Signs inside were helpful for directions. The ushers/staff were friendly. various eating choices were inside. Excellent sight lines for viewing. crowds smooth at a steady pace getting out. Clean facility. No complaints-would return.

It was ok. I like the police directing traffic. It was packed but the crowd got out quick. There was parking $7 and $10 both was right there at arena. I enjoyed myself.

Venue is clean, well maintained and managed. Large crowds move easily in and out. Worth the trip for the architectural details alone and that's just the outside. Inside is tastefully decorated as well.Sports event, graduation, convention or concert; well suited for all. Kudos to Charlotte for this jewel in the Queen cities crown.

By far, this is one of the best NBA arena's in the country. I get the privilege to say that it is in my hometown. Time Warner Arena is in a nice area in Uptown Charlotte. Light rail runs right beside the arena, that's a big deal since you don't nessarily need to fight traffic to park. The arena is home to the Charlotte Hornets, but also hosts plenty of other entertainment events from concerts to conventions. The food is always good, and the beer selection at the arena is immaculate. I always go back here....whether it's a game, or any other event.

This is the very first arena with comfortable seats, probably the cleanest facility, and the nicest staff. food was great, especially the MOONSHINE.

The Charlotte Hornets are a professional basketball team that plays games at the Time Warner Arena. The games are fun, the food is good and it's good entertainment.

I attended a 3-day convention with about 20,000 attendees. I found the staff to be efficient, patient, even kind. At one point I'd lost my prescription glasses and everyone I spoke to was very helpful and caring. The restrooms were consistently clean, well stoked and sufficient to support so many (women particularly care about this). There were a lot of vendors that sold pastries, funnel cakes, popcorn, etc. But there was also barbequed pork, sandwiches, salads, vegetarian wraps, and some fresh fruit / vegetable options. Even with that many people the foot traffic was well organized and flowed smoothly. For such a large crowd I think that speaks well of the arena management.
