Soo nostalgic here - partly due to the awesome old building and partly because as a 30something, I love finding old toys that I had forgotten I used to play with. Very friendly lady at the desk - helped with questions. Didn't find anything in the hunt this trip, but would stop back to try the hunt again.

Three floors of vintage and antiques. Huge selection but not too many bargains. Fun to go through. Parking meters in front. .

We love antiques and have a home full of charming pieces. We'll travel far and wide to look at them in all their personal glory! But the best antique haven is right in our backyard. Bloomington Antique Mall! Three floors of treasures beautifully displayed in downtown college town Bloomington, Indiana. We love to have dinner downtown and then mosey over to the mall to see what large and small character pieces they have that day. We are never disappointed! A must see if you enjoy beautiful antiques.

Prices a bit all over the place. They have 3 floors with a nice selection. I did ask to see a ring in a locked case. There were 4 staff members standing at the front desk area & none seemed eager to help. They do offer cash/check discounts.

There are old antiques, vintage items and some more recent collectibles to browse. We were most impressed by the furniture. We saw a number of nice oak and cherry tables, cabinets and shelves that were much higher quality than you can find in most modern furniture stores. These beautiful items were often priced much less than lower quality modern furniture.

This place is located in an old wholesale grocery warehouse-- my father worked here in the 1950's. I have a soft spot in my heart for the place because of that, and I like walking around on those old creaky floorboards. This is a place with booths for multiple vendors, and so you will find an enormous variety of things to look at, and some variety in the pricing from booth to booth. Prices are high, I agree-- think of it as a feast for your eyes and your imagination, rather than a place you're going to find a bargain. Most booths tend towards smaller items, but there are a few with some major furniture pieces. My favorite thing to do while browsing is to check the prices for things I already own-- I can feel rich once I've seen a bowl for $75 that I got at a flea market for $1!!If you're in town and like antiques, certainly worth a couple of hours.

Three stories of antiques of all kinds. You will find almost everything here most of it has a high price if you are willing to pay it. The staff is friendly and helpful.

This is just like any other antique shop. The dealers think they have gold and set the highest price they can think of. The place is nice, and people are very friendly. If you are looking for deals or great prices, this is not the place. If you are looking for an item and are willing to pay top dollar, you may find it here.

Drove a couple hours out of my way to visit this place. I was sorely disappointed. Way overpriced and mostly shabby, not antiques. Never going back.

Been here several times when visiting. For those who think its "grossly overpriced" remember this is not a thrift store or garage sale. Also keep in mind the store does not price these items the vendors themselves do. I always ask for a discount and usually receive 10% right off the top at antique malls and the vendors sometimes build this in to give the customer the feeling of getting a good deal. With that said this is a great mall. Always clean, large aisles and easy to navigate without missing booths. There is a good mix of true antiques, some furniture, a couple booths had crafty stuff and vintage stuff. The lower level has the more everyday deals. Good mix of vintage and newer jewelry. If you don't like the new stuff just pass it by like I do. If you are in the area or are an antique junkie this is worth the stop.I took some family that had never been to an antique mall and they thoroughly enjoyed themselves and both found stuff to buy.I'll be back next time I am in the area. This mall has an even larger sister mall about an hour away. Ask at the front desk for info/map.

I am often in Bloomington on business and I enjoy the times I am able to stop by the Bloomington Antiques Mall. The staff is very friendly and helpfull in finding items you are searching for or suggesting where you may search for iems. Very easy to access the main level and there is a elevator and two stair cases leading upstairs - the elevator and one staircase lead to the basement area. Prices are reasonable and they are able to often offer discounts or contact the buyer to see if they will take a lower offer. Parking can be a bit dicy - Bloomington's street parking is limited and cost $0.50 per hour with a 2-hour max in one space PER DAY!

It was a cool place to browse, but prices were outrageous! I purchased a few records that were decently priced. There was no one to help with any questions on the lower level. I would take my grandmother there just to look around, but not to make purchases. It's more like a museum than a shop.

My wife "dragged" me here to look around and I was pleasantly surprised and how much fun it was to browse around. I noticed another review that said that the prices are too high but it should be noted that there seems to not be one owner of all the items but rather many different merchants who rent space. My guess is that they are the ones who set their own prices. Anyway, we were only able to get to the main and top floor before they closed so we'll be going back for more sometime soon. What a fun place!

This place had a few gems but overall it wasn't worth it. It seemed like the merchants/staff were trying to take advantage of the customers' assumed lack of knowledge. Most of the items were ridiculously overpriced (actually laughably so) and I eventually just started feeling almost offended. I'm talking $40 nondescript glass bottle, $65 SMALL bear fur purse with several holes/tears and horrible stitching, and even modern Vera Bradley items priced ABOVE retail. All in all while some of the items were reasonably priced/interesting most of it was cheap stuff you would find at a low-level garage sell with price tags like you'd see in a department store. Maybe go to look around and have some fun but don't expect anything.

Three stories of great stuff! The big historic brick building was renovated from the ground up by CFC a few years back, and has recently re-opened under new management. Friendly staff; lots of unusual stuff. A definite five-star attraction!!!
