We go several times each fall and spring, in order to choose pumpkins from their patch or to pick apples. They have a great set up and organized parking lot with a police officer that directs traffic. There is a kids play area and maze. There is a fee associated with the play area. They also have a store and food booth open especially during October. They are not open on Sundays.

Every fall we make it a point to drive an hour to go to Tuttle Orchard and pick as many apples as our wagon can carry! This past fall, we went at the end of the season. We searched and searched and finally found a tree loaded full with Golden Delicious. We picked 20 lbs. And boy, they were the best apples I have ever had. The orchard provides a wagon, basket and or bag to put your picked apples into. They weigh them when you are done and you pay. After picking apples, we took a hay ride and then the kids played in the extra-large playground complete with a rope maze, cornstalk house and lots of fun extras. As if that weren't enough, it was BBQ night at Tuttle...I had a pulled pork sandwich with chips and apple cider. The pulled pork was locally grown and it was incredible! We ended our afternoon in the gift shop where we bought some homemade fudge, baked goods and a couple of kitchen tools. The way the employees treat their customers is like family--with much love and respect.
