Don't expect IMAX quality here. But prices are lower than in most major cities. Went there this weekend and the place hasn't changed a bunch since I started going here as a kid 25 years ago.

Overall its a place to see a movie wouldn't take a date there a little pricey for a movie and popcorn/drink but would go with friends

This place is nice and clean and they just redid there building so it's very nice. Service is great and price is pretty good too.

Matinees for $5. Recently refurbished. In spite of other reviews we found the seating to be comfortable and the theater clean. No problems at all.

While I agree the new remodel is not fantastic and the seats are not the most comfortable.... The prices are still cheaper than other places. $5 for matinees is hard to beat.

My wife and I went to see X-Men on June 15th. The movie was great, the theater was terrible. This so-called remodel has resulted in seating that is so uncomfortable that even an average -sized adult is crammed in tight. The only decent seating in the whole place is the companion seating for wheelchair users in the very back row. Once we saw that no one was using those seats, we moved to them about 20 minutes into the movie. Otherwise, we were seriously thinking about getting our money back. To make matters worse, the cleaning staff were beyond rude. Being a Marvel Movie, X-Men had an extra scene after the credits. We were the only ones to sit through the credits so that we could see the extra scene. The whole time there were several staff standing outside the door talking loudly. From their comments, they were not happy that we were staying until the very end. They have been touting their new remodel in the local press; they are oblivious to the fact that it is a sick joke on their customers. Do yourself a big favor and drive to Evansville, French Lick, or anywhere else if you actually want to watch a movie with any kind of comfort.

Overall this is a nice place to see a movie. Recently new seating has been installed and the gaming area has been revamped. The new seats seem a little smaller than the previous ones, as they were quite snug for anyone that is not exactly skinny. I saw multiple people squeezing into the seats. With that being said, this theatre is a nice place to see a movie. Prices are adequate and popcorn and drinks are also reasonably priced. Staff not overly friendly, but still are pleasant. I would recommend this theatre.

this place is so outdated. chairs are small and very uncomfortable. dirty looking. sound in the movies are bad. lines go across the screen making it difficult at times to see movie. staff are a bunch of kids that seem more interested in other things than waiting on people. we drive out of town to avoid going here

Not the cleanest theatres but still a great choice for entertainment with children when they are showing "G" movies

This is a very good and clean theater. They are very strict on what the children watch. If it's a rated pg13 they won't let small children in to see it unless authorized by s parent.

We love the friendly Staff here at the Jasper 8 theatres! They do a great job of making sure you are taken care of. The bathrooms are always very clean.

Besides the unfriendly gals at the food counter, i just sat through 25 minutes of commercials. Seriously??? I just paid 5 bucks for 25 minutes of commercials.
