I was just there for the NRA Convention in April last year. I walked form 9 am til 4 pm and never saw everything! The place is starting to get some miles on it but is still very nice. I have been to alot of events there over the years and still enjoy it. Lots of great places to eat, and see in walking distance.

The convention center is a great location for a convention or meeting. There are multiple hotels which attach to this convention center making it an easy place to meet even in bad weather. I was in Indianapolis during a very cold week and it was much appreciated to not have to go outside to get here from my hotel. The football and baseball stadiums are easy access from this convention center as well. When you stay in the convention center area, you also have ample dining opportunities. If you travel takes you to this convention center, then don't hesitate to go.

We have been several times for Trade Show over that past several years and the place is great for location, space and service.

This large tradeshow venue has sufficient ancillary space to support related meetings, training sessions and social events. Located in downtown Indy, to a pedestrian, it seems like the southern most trade show booths are in northern Kentucky!Facility staff keep the front of the house clean w/o being obtrusive as they do their "during the show" routine work.Water fountains could be better identified and periodic seating places would be a welcome addition. The former is a "house" responsibility while the latter is a show management call. Concession food was, as expected, pricey for the portion and surprisingly tasty for the entree.

The convention center in downtown Indianapolis is a great place to go to events, have various meeting from many org.... Easy access from hotels and downtown restaurants. Elevators and easy handicap accessible.

Good signage for getting about within and along skywalk, good supply of restrooms, comfortable venue without being too cold. Good AV during conference.

Clean and spacious. This convention center also offers coat check (on certain times). I have to say that due to its layout, it appears like it is a giant maze. The nice feature of this center is it connects to several hotels via a breezeway without being exposed to the elements (especially during winter).

Like other major convention centers, it is a large facility with several wings and many large areas.We went there for our son's gymnastics meet, which was held in Exhibit Hall E. It was a large area that was amply sufficient for the boys' meet and it was well-insulated from the girls' cheerleading contest in the adjacent Exhibition Hall.Another nice feature about the Convention Center was that there are sky bridges that connect it to the Westin Hotel. During the winter months, it makes the Convention Center access even easier.

My concern here was the location and quantity of bathrooms. The bathrooms that were available inside the facility were awful. They had people in them full time to stop paper products but the toilets were filthy and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in over a week. Not good with 5,000 girls on site.

We came here for a cheerleading competition. The place is one of the largest convention centers I have ever been to. One needs to know where he/she is going in there. The signs are very good, so not too hard to get around. I like the set up of the whole downtown complex. Many hotels are connected via skywalks. A nice mall is also directly accessible.

We visited the Convention Center for the annual Auto Show and it was the highlight of our weekend. The Convention Center was Large, Clean and appeared to be new (or maybe it was just the new car smell). There was enough space to walk around for 3 to 4 hours seeing cars and still have a break at either the concession stand or the restroom.

Could take the Convention Center breezeway from the Westin hotel to the mall and other Big 10 events.

The were about 2,000 of us there for the convention. The exhibit hall. Was very adequate and very well laid out for all the exhibits.

With a covered walkway from the JW Marriott hotel weather is never a factor in getting into or out of these huge complex.

I attended the 2014 gaming convention. This was not my first time at a convention, but my first time at this one. The area was huge, which was a relief since the convention was large. That was about the only great thing about this particular convention center. There were no water fountains and limited designated areas for eating which was pricey. If you are going to go make sure you eat first. The convention center is also attached to the circle center mall which is where my friends and I ended up getting food and spending most of our time.
