the eastland mall

Eastland Mall contains several stores, something for everyone. You can buy shoes, clothes, jewelry, make up, hats, coats, decor, cell phone accessories, video games, and so much more! There are a few places to eat, but not much choice. There is a Great Steak & Potato, Subway, Chick Fila, TGI Fridays, and a Chinese and Japanese place (don't know their names). We used to have a McDonald's, Long John Silver, and Sbarro, but they left due to high rent costs. The mall is a great place to walk, they have signs up letting you know the distances, and residents use the mall when the weather isn't so great!

There are several things I like about Eastland Mall, first, if you are a walker, you can enter the Mall at 7am and walk until you decide to quit. It is really nice to be out of the weather. Mostly, management attempts to have a mixed variety of shopping for just about every type of shopping, from the food court, jewelry, housewares and major retailers, sportswear and most everything else you might be shopping for. It is just a nice clean mall worth your visit.

We needed to walk off some calories after a great breakfast at Bob Evans, and with it raining and miserable outside and time to spend, the Eastland Mall was the place to go. Old Navy was having an entire-store sale, and I went for a T-shirt that reminded me of a recent trip that included Santa Cruz. The store was well-stocked and staff friendly and knowledgeable.
