We have seen plays and concerts at Lied. The seating is great and the acoustics are wonderful. Balcony seats are good, but of course, floor seating is better. Canadian Brass was excellent. Check their website for events listings.

It is a large venue with no bad seats. Acoustics are great and the seats are fairly comfortable. They bring in lots of variety so everyone can enjoy a show here.

The Lied Center has it all and is really one of the centers of Performing Arts in Lawrence. There is always something going on at The Lied! Extraordinary performers are scheduled at The Lied to appeal to every possible interest from music performance, to dance, to live theatre, to comedy performances. Well known national personalities and groups come to The Lied as well as wonderful performers from other parts of the world. The Lied also hosts many University of Kansas performance events. What a terrific venue!

A beautiful facility. Very busy over commencement weekend, but they got people in and out smoothly. For people who are not familiar with west campus, it might be helpful to have more signs.

Went to a pre-graduation exercise. Auditorium is nice size, seating is OK. Bathrooms were too few for the crowd.
