Great restaurants, pizza, sushi, seafood, fusion, coffee, gelato, salad, and Pig and Finch my fav. Ice skating in winter and Children's play area. Pinot's Palette, a painting and wine party place for the adults. Check out Tallaleulah Belle's for unique wearable art and gifts. Park Place has a village feel in the heart of Leawood.

Park Place is awesome! There are restaurants for any taste here. The shopping is great and there is a common area in the center. This area has a fountain and play area during the warm months and an ice skating rink in the winter. We love staying at the A Loft here and just walking around trying all the different stores.

We have been there several times, however Park Place is getting better each month. There are several restaurants (Pig & Fitch Pub, Gordon Biersch, 801 Chophouse and Ingredient to name a few), a hotel, several specialty shops, office space and residential apartments and townhouses. There is still a large amount of construction underway, but once completed it should be a significant dining, shopping and residential area in Leawood with a European flair. On a nice spring, summer or fall day, one can dine outside at several of the restaurants. There is now an interesting men’s clothing shop called Geno’s where there is a cute, and very well behaved, Shih Tzu watching the customers come in. (He must he their security system.)All in all, Park Place is a nice place to bring friends and out of town guests to relax and dine. This is a very nice development in Leawood and well worth a visit.

This is a nice little shopping and restaurant area. Has a nice little green space. In summer it has chairs and in winter it's an ice skating rink. Kid friendly. It was concerts and other activities thru out the year. It's like a small downtown.

There is a great variety of restaurants and shops here. It reminds me of a small town main street in it's design.

We went to check out this cute little places of shops and what not, cool little stores, a lot of diversity in a strip mall block, pricy but a lot of cool stuff, probably better place to check out in the evenings, BUT FREE PARKING. It was totally worth out time to check it out, adorable.

Park Place is a fun place to visit. Restaurants, shops, ice rink in the winter and astro turf for the kids in the summer. Lounging families sit in the colorful Adirondack chairs. Occasionally music.

This is the location where AMC theaters has located their corporate headquarters along with several other businesses of note.It has a variety if good restaurants ... Six at last count in a two-block stretch. An Aloft Hotel anchors one side with a California Pizza Kitchen and they are still building on several more acres of prime land in Leawood across the street from Town Center outdoor shopping. If you have relatives in the area that you are visiting, this is the place to stay. There is also a newly remodeled AMC 20-screen theatre across the street from the Aloft Hotel. There is very limited street parking (30 minute limit), but two adequate parking garages adjoining the business area.

Unique shops and stores such as Picasso Fish Aquarium and the amazing Leaning Tree along with the gourmet cupcake shop, super trendy clothing boutiques and little quirky art/jewelry stores are such a great reason to check it out and what makes it my most favorite place to be in Leawood! There is also a super cool little commons area that is turned into this beautiful ice-skating park for the entire family. And loads of restaurants from simple to 5star with a little Gelato in between. Shhhh it's my special little secret ;)

I live in the neighborhood so I am a regular visitor to the area. Lots of nice little shops that are a big step above the average - always enjoy walking through Picasso aquatics and a real favorite is Tallulah Belles for a great selection of unique jewelry or gifts. And after shopping, great restaurants or a good deli. If a snack is all you need, great gelato or a nice cupcake. Can't list all of the restaurants here but a favorite is 801 Chophouse with my favorite bartender, Andy, and an excellent selection of prime steaks.

Fro what we could see much of this was really designed for nightlife and adults. We drove through on a Saturday noon hour and most of the shops seem closed, the streets were empty and the only places with anything happening were serving lunch. There is a lot of shopping across the street too.

PARK Place is becoming a wonderful center for dining and shopping. There is convenient parking and an ice skating rink in the winter.

Some friends and acquaintances rave about the area. I think it takes a "shopper's" mindset to really enjoy it. Restaurants serve good food but it's pricey. Ice rink in winter is popular. Small music groups make square popular on pleasant spring/summer evenings. Town Center outdoor shopping mall and AMC theater multiplex are across the street with many additional restaurants and stores.

Great litlle upscale local lifestyle shopping center 8-10 restaurants - - all solid. Italian, Mexican, Sushi, steak house, Deli, Pub, Gastro-pub, upscale quick service, pizza. New Aloft hotel. Outdoor music during the summer; ice skating in winter. Young/middle age professionals, affluent clientele. Stores are local - - no chains. Cute/tasteful. Intimate center - - not large at all. Great way to spend an evening or a weekend afternoon.
