We recently attended a friend's wedding at Wyldewood Cellars. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The retail space offers a huge variety of local wines and other products, including their famous elderberry juice ... and they have a gift for every wine lover in your life! The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because on the night of the wedding rehearsal, they closed their retail area at 6pm instead of the 9pm that was advertised on their door. We all wanted to make purchases, but they closed early.

Visiting our son in Wichita and he took us there. There had to be about 20+ wines available to taste and the people pouring really knew what they were talking about. One unusual thing was that to "cleanse the palate" between tastings we were served Wheat Thins. The prices of wine was reasonable and there was a 5% discount for half a carton we also got 5% additional as a military discount. Well worth the 20 minute drive from the city.
