Many different things to do during any season. Downtown is getting revitalized with many different food options. Nice laid back feeling town, if you are looking for a lot of excitement this place isn't for you.

My husband took the tour. Enjoyed it and the sample afterwards. The gift shop is very nice. The employees were uninterested- and didn't have current information.

While on a trip from St Paul to Door County, we stopped in to see the Leinie Brewing Company Gift Shop. We didn't have time for the tour (have taken it in the past, and it is very interesting), but wanted to taste some of the beers. $1 buys you a wristband and four samples. The pours were very generous, and honestly, quite tasty. The log-cabin style gift shop is huge, sparkling clean, bright, and well stocked. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. It carries just about anything onto which they could stamp a logo. So, even if you don't have time for the tour, do make a point to see this place. It's just fun.

Stop in with two adult children. We all enjoyed the history of the area, the short movie was a great hit for all. The gentleman that took us out to the school house was very informative and added insight to the history of the school and area.

What a cute little downtown! There are shops and restaurants with big brick buildings. Everything is very cute and has a surprisingly modern twist!
