Everything they have you can order online for cheaper. I've enjoyed seeing the items firsthand before buying, but I'm not going back. When I had my hand out to take back my card on my most recent trip, the woman behind the register instead threw my card across the counter at me, as if she were tossing something in the trash. I don't want to bother them by making them take my money any longer.

Bought Knackwurst, Nuernberg bratwurst, summer sausage, butterkase, pretzels and brochten and had over night delivery. Everything was on my doorstep the day after it was shipped. WOW...everything was THE BEST I had outside of Germany!! Served everything at me Oktoberfest party and the family LOVED it. Sausages with no fillers, pretzels and brochten from Munich.....incredible!! Highly recommend buying from them, you will not be sorry!!!

I've never written a review before, but when I saw that I could for this place, I jumped on it.Have been ordering now for about 5 years and have been very satisfied everytime.I order everything from sausages, smoked pork, even the rouladen and they've all been a hit!The ease of the pork cutlets already pounded make my job so much easier when I prepare my recipes. You have to experiement with all the gravies and sauces...Yum!!Have tried others, but still Bavaria Sausage is number 1 in my book!

Stopped there on the way to Door County. The Sausages were great and the service was wonderful. The also had a wide selection of German foods including chocolates.

Why buy mass-produced, fat-filled brats when for almost the same price you can enjoy a wide selection of lean, delicious sausages, including bratwurst, weisswurst, Nuernberger, etc. Everybody in my family loves them. In November and December, the store is filled with additional varieties of German chocolate bars, German cookies, and other gifts. I highly recommend the broetchen and pretzels, made in Germany, frozen, and shipped here.

This was part of our 2013 Wisconsin Wine-apalooza tour. Mind boggling selection of "made on the premises" sausages and lunchmeats, local cheeses--including a couple different types of limburger--European goodies--and they change according to the season. The original master sausage maker/founder, Fred Voll (now 81) is still making deliveries around the Madison area. Drives daughter Judy crazy, but you know how hard-headed those Germans can be. During the summer on Wednesdays and Fridays they have brats on the grill from 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.Lots of sampling!
