Nice place to have a beer or too. I've enjoyed my experience here. Will visit again in the future. You should too.

My husband and I love to go to Public! My favorite beer there at the moment is the Hot Chocolate Stout, made with chocolate and peppers. I especially like that Public doesn't have tv's so we get to talk to each other and whoever happens to be sitting near us. The owner and bartenders are very nice, too, and keep our glasses full. There's no food for sale besides pretzels with cheese and landjaegers (like beef jerky), but you can order in any food you want.

Stopped in here yesterday about 25 minutes before closing after a 75 mile bike ride up from Chicago. Atmosphere was great: lots of space to hand out, play games and chat. Good variety of beers on tap, and friendly staff that let us stay and have a second beer while we waited for the train back to the city. Minimal snacks available but I spied a stack of delivery menus behind the bar.

I have only been here once, but knowing the owners and knowing how much work they have put into this place makes me really appreciate this business! The beers here are phenomenal and they are featured in more bars than just Public Craft. I love seeing a local business thrive.

First, the staff was just awesome here. Couldn't have been more appropriately-interactive and entertaining. As for the beer, it was generally OK. My favorites were Public Access IPA (session), Public Pale Ale, and Hop-In-The-Sack IPA. It was such a fun place—I think if I were in K-Town again that I'd stop by and see if they had anything new on tap.

We stopped here to do a tasting on a Sat afternoon and we had a great time.The place is laid out nice with comfortable furniture and really cool artwork on the walls. It makes for a nice relaxing afternoon to enjoy a flight of beers. The woman that helped us was friendly and knowledgeable about all of their beers. As for the beer, we enjoyed them all. Rarely will we find a microbrewery where we like all of their beer styles but all of their beers were good. We ended up bringing home a growler of their Belgian Wit.Looking forward to our next visit to get our growler refilled.
