Stopped in on a whim for lunch. Servers were very friendly and knowledgeable about beer selection. Great variety and brews. Had the southwest chicken sandwich and the husband had the chicken bacon ranch flatbread. Both were delicious and reasonably priced!

Stopped in for lunch with my wife and kids as their website advertises food. Kids were asked for their ID and they were 6 inches from me and it wasn't busy. Had to sign a waiver for them to eat. Been to many bar/restaurants and never had an experience like this. Last time I will be here because I guess families aren't welcome.

This is one of the funnest places that we go when we are in Lacrosse. If you are a beer lover, this is the place to be! They have so many to try. The bartenders are great. They also have some really good food. It's a great place to go. A must try if you are in the area!

It is a small little Brew Pub in downtown La Crosse. Lots of specialty beers to choose from. Nothing fancy but it is comfortable in there.

When I travel, I seek out brew pubs and craft beers to try. As well as being able to try interesting brews, such establishments tend to draw interesting people. (I was travelling alone this time, as I often do.) Others have suggested that Bodega has the best selection of beers in Wisconsin. With 400 beers to choose from, I am wondering if anyone has encountered a larger selection ANYWHERE. I would consider a place having 1/10th as many to have an excellent selection. The bartender was helpful in suggesting some beers that I might like, and was more than happy to provide samples of several before I made a selection. I was also fortunate to have people adjacent to me offering their preferences, and one fellow insisted on getting an extra glass with every selection he had so that I could try out what he was drinking. Thank goodness I was walking so was not concerned with limiting myself to safe driving consumption. I did not eat here, as I wanted to try the Dublin Square Irish Pub, which the Bodega staff were happy to endorse. I have a hard time understanding the negative or weak ratings of Bodega. On almost all negative points that were expressed, I experienced the exact opposite, or failed to see any sign of. I can only guess both staff and patrons can have their off days. For myself, I would certainly seek this place out again when travelling down the Mississippi River Road that I enjoy so much.

Happened to walk by and stop in. He beer selection in overwhelming, in a good way! Service was so-so. It was a Saturday night, and became so overrun with 20-something's, that we left after one beer.

My girlfriend and I recently moved to the area and were told by friends that the Bodega was a great place to hang out, good beer, a friendly knowledgeable staff and a more "mature" bar than some other places. We stopped in this past Saturday and had one of THE worst experiences I have ever had in my life. We ordered drinks and my girlfriend asked me to get her a couple extra straws for her drink and the bartender snapped at me asking if "was that really necessary?". I was shocked that a) someone would make such a big deal out of a couple extra straws and b) be that rude about it. I'd had enough and we got up,left and won't be back. I have never posted a review on trip advisor before but was so upset by the experience that I felt like letting people know what happened so hopefully they can avoid a

Best bar in La Crosse in my opinion. Very social place. Easy to meet new friends.They have different types of drinks. Also, there is a dining place and they have good pizza.Best time to go is between 8-12 pm.

This pub in LaCrosse, Wisconsin advertised 500 beers and something like 14 on tap. We had to try it! The bartender was extremely helpful offering small tastes of several beers with which were were unfamiliar. Very friendly service!

In town for business. So glad we stopped! Former catering business owner with us was really impressed by kitchen cleanliness. We came just after table service time, which meant ordering at counter and get your own drinks at bar. The three of us had Cuban, brownschwager and south by southwest chicken sandwich. All were outstanding! Friendly people. Interesting endless collection of taps on wall. HIGHLY recommend!

I had the pulled pork sandwich, which I thought was excellent, but then they paired the LaCross brew for only $1.75 per pint. Great deal.The rest of the party was impressed with the Bodega. There are many bars in LaCrosse. The Bodega is one of the best. Don't miss it.

Hundreds of different bottled beers available and Bodega focuses on having the best bees available by style. Roughly 15 beers on tap, 7 good ones if you exclude Bud, Miller and Coors products. The place isn't actually a "brewpub" as it doesn't brew it's own beer. If you love great beer this is a must stop when in town.

The beer selection is the best. The bartenders know all the beers and you find your own place to hang out (bar, table, couch, etc.). A great, fun place to explore brewing options.....

Great Food, Great Homeade Peach Sangria, Great Beer selection. This should be in the food section though.

Great selection of beers and good atmosphere. A more adult crowd. Manegement was horrible to the point that I went home sick to my stomach and angry. My fiance slipped and fell on there dirty floor where popcorn had spilled everywhere from someone and when I went to ask the bar tender if they could have someone clean that area up she responded with a rude remark and so I told her I asked you nicely and there is no need to be a B. Then the maneger comes over mid conversation and instead of being a good manager and see what the customer says, he get rude as well. He instead tells my Fiance that she should maybe watch where she is walking. The management treated us like we were drunk people, instead of a couple just stopping into our favorite spot to get an import beer( One beer, first of the night to note). Top off the situation a jimmy johns rapper with one bit left was laying on the floor but i never had a chance to tell that to the bartender because he instead thought the sandwich was mine since I carried the rapper up to show them how dirty the floor was on top of having popcorn all over the floor and he then the maneger flips on me about a sandwich to diverge the situation about someone falling on there floor. Really wish I could have spoke to the owners about this as I know they would not have handled the sitaution the same . Instead they lost a customer and I will tell all my friends not go there as well. Sad situation and have never had someone make me so frustrated at an establishment.
