There are TWO Peck's farm markets (east and west). Both are located on Hwy 14, both share the family name, but are completely different in what they offer. East has the free farm petting zoo & more of what you would expect from a farm market. East also has loads of other free & fun things happening on the October weekends - pumpkin bounce house, haunted houses, train rides, wagon rides.

We visited Peck's Farm Market West on 10/11. According to their website everything is free but upon arriving we found out that only looking at the animals in cages was free and the children's play area and haunted house would cost $9.95 per pereson! The haunted house was very old and in need of alot of repair as only 1 thing inside worked and the slide to come out was closed because of being so dirty. They did have a large amount of fresh produce available which all looked very nice.

We love both Peck's Farm Market locations! The petting zoo is different at both, but we always enjoy seeing all of the animals! Plus it's FREE! You can choose to pay for some feed...a quarter for a handful of corn or fish food. We buy our pumpkins from them every year! We also love the corn maze the east location offers!

Always lots of different produce, including early in the season. Interesting place to stop, especially if you have kids, as they will enjoy the animals and distractions. The prices are on the high side for most everything though and you can easily find better deals on local produce from other sellers, if you look a bit, but you won't find the range of produce and selections anywhere else.

We go to Peck's West (between Lone Rock and Spring Green WI) about a half dozen times a summer as we only live about a half hour away. They have a free petting zoo which includes goats, a calf, ponies, donkeys, alpacas, sheep and pot bellied pigs and other animals you don't pet such as swans, geese, ducks, chickens, rabbits, Koi fish, and prairie dogs. Cost to feed is a gumball machine type device that gives you a good handful of corn for 25 cents. We usually bring about $10 in change with us and spend it all. They have a free play area and also a pay play area which is $10 a person and that includes a giant pedal trike course, mini golf, a giant pirate ship and various other games/play equipment. We have never gone to the pay play area. On the weekends they run the train which costs $1 per person. It's a nice ride around the premises and thru the covered bridge. They have expanded their picnic table areas and have an area for kids under 5 with big wheels and tricycles that is fenced in by the picnic tables. Lots of photo ops as well. They have an indoor farmers market type store with lots of different jams, jellies, relishes, syrup, pickled items, candy, Amish goods, dry bulk items, cheap toys, along with snacks and drinks and fresh produce. They seem to always have early sweet corn that is very tasty for about $4 a dozen. Very fun place for kids under 10. This Pecks does not do the corn maze in the fall - Pecks East does that and it is excellent.
