This buildings have not been care for in years. They need millions of dollars in repairs. UWM, bought this land for development, I believe it was greed. Not enough room to complete there history.

These buildings are an eyesore and now a financial drag on the City of Wauwatosa. They are NOT an attraction and are actually mostly boarded up - it would be dangerous to go into most of them.

These are older buildings falling apart have not been used in many many years. UWM in their development wants to tear them down,because of the cost in the millions to rebuild. They do have a historical nature and are currently protected.. Who knows what will happen.I have visited theses grounds many many times.
