I was scammed out of free passes to the waterpark after I cleary had the first correct answer. They drew from a hat instead, which was not explained & I explained how my answer was correct, then everyone gave my answer. No one had any idea what the answer was till I explained it. I was planning on visiting & staying at the resort because it's a lot closer then wilderness, but now after seeing how they do business, will not be making reservations period! Wilderness I guess will be our winter water park vacation!

The waterpark was a great temperature and nothing was too far away, yet it had everything in it. And kids of all ages could find somehting to do! even mom!

In general, we avoid this place on the weekend because it can be so ridiculously busy! We visited on a Friday with 5 kids ages 5-11. I was impressed with the overall cleanliness. Staff always had a broom, table cleaner or were picking up wet towels from the tables. The staff was very helpful in opening doors and getting towels and complementary life jackets. My only complaint is the new bag inspection. Why can't I bring in a juice box for the kids? I ended up spending $30 more than normal after my snacks were confiscated. Luckily you get them back when you leave. Nice water park with warm water for a fall visit.

Kids loved the water slide. Also enjoyed the meandering tube river, outdoor pools. There is a small area for water sports plus a nice area for the little ones

Kids of all ages can have fun! My wife, three year old and six month old all had a blast! I would definately go to this resort again!

We visited this waterpark twice while we were staying at the Grand Geneva. Our kids had fun there (4 and 5 years old), but it was pretty small. I wouldn't want to plan to spend all day there. We couldn't really use the outdoor part because of the weather so we were confined to the indoor section.

My 9 and 1 year olds loved it. I don't think teenagers would enjoy it as much. It's not a giant place so it's easy to keep track of little ones. We stayed for two nights and used the waterpark 3 days and no one got bored.

so much fun!! 2 slides and large swimming area. lots for all ages to do. Drinks were a bit pricey, towels were small. but tons of fun!!

The water park is great for Lake Geneva and for those not wanting to venture all the way up to Wisconsin Dells. Its a pretty good size water park, as well. Haven't stayed at hotel, but that looks fairly good for a heavily visited family hotel.

We had the DayTripper package with a suite and 5 passes for $118, which was a pretty good value. But, when it came down to it, there just wasn't enough to keep my kids(12yrs old) and their friend entertained for more that about 3 or 4 hours.

Located in the water park at Timberridge Lodge, the food is decent and not too overpriced. There is a pretty good selection from sandwiches, burgers, popcorn chicken, fries, pizza, nachos and soft pretzels- yum. We love the breakfast sandwiches in the morning too. There is a small bar here too (including frozen drinks- those prices are very high)

PROS: The waterpark has enough to keep kids of all ages busy- a lazy river, 2 high slides , 2 spas, a children’s pool and water basketball pool. It also has a fairly affordable snack bar that offers burgers, pizza, pop etc...Acceptable bathrooms and shower rooms. Available lockers. CONS: It can be pretty crowded on weekends with holidays and school breaks; can run out of tables and chairs in the waterpark. Outdated videogame arcade center. As a guest at the hotel you get $1 (!) worth of tokens/card value to use. You can of course, add more money into the game card.

Kids had a fun day at the waterpark not very crowded so easy to play wherever they wanted wristband was good they could take a break head back to condo for lunch then return

We go to lake Geneva a lot. We enjoy the watermark. it is really best for kids under 10. Because there is lots to do in lake Geneva we do visit quite frequently.

This waterpark is never too crowded. There is always a peaceful atmosphere and I don't think this is the case for other waterparks.
