timber ridge waterpark

We stayed here overnight - I had found a deal on Groupon. The waterpark is great for my kids (ages 5 and 7) who are beginning swimmers. There is a splashpad area for the younger kids with small slides. There is another section with an open swim area with basketball hoops, a slide (with an area below for parents to catch their kids) and a rope bridge/monkey bar over the pool. The rope bridge was, by far, my 5 year old's favorite activity' to try to get across the pool. There's also a fun inner tube water slide, kids under 48 inches have to go with an adult, and a body slide (minimum height 48 inches). The body slide was pretty fun for older kids and adults. There is also a lazy river. We never had to wait more than a few minutes to get an inner tube for either the lazy river or the water slide. There are also plenty of lifeguards around the waterpark and they provide life jackets (they seem to run out of popular sizes frequently) and towels.

Spent a Sunday for the day at the Timber Ridge Water park. It was a fantastic day with the family and small kids (6 yo, 3 yo and 1.5 yo). We had access to a room while at the water park which was very convenient for nap time for the little ones. The room was very clean, there was a kitchen with all major appliances needed for a day stay, TV for the little ones to watch, Large beds with Room darkening blinds for naps during the day! We were able to bring food, drinks and alcoholic beverages if desired as well and keep them refrigerated in the room while we were at the park. In the water park there is a place to buy food, as well as Smokey's Bar for dining or take out. Food there was good as well. The water park was large enough for the kids, yet not as large as the Dells and very affordable for the day. The water slides, Lazy river, Small kid slides, waterfalls, swings, Basketball, Hot tub large and small kid pools had many activities all day with Lifeguards on duty at all times. The pools were very clean, tubes were ALMOST always available when you wanted or needed one and there were outdoor activities but we went in winter and didn't get to see any of them. Warm towels are available for adults and children in the Water park which was very convenient.**Would recommend water shoes, the ground was very slippery in many areas.**Would also recommend a cover up to wear. If you are walking from your room or to the bathroom across the hall from the water park, this did come in handy.There was also an arcade for older children and bathroom/changing and shower area right across from the Water park entrance.OVERALL... GREAT experience with TRL!!!

This is not a water park if you have older kids. There is not a lot for them to do and the indoor park is really small. Which is why I loved it for my 6 and 8 year. I knew they wouldn't get lost and were safe the whole time.

It was a nice quick get-a-way for our family. The water park was a nice size for the 2 kids to let off some steam and be kids.

Relatively inexpensive way to have a day or two outing...in the water, on the slopes for children. Believe me the Marcus family knows how to serve the public with aplomb.

We liked the areas for little kids, older kids and adults and the fact that guards and supervisors were everywhere but not intrusive.

Water park was great for adults and kids of all ages. Went with a 3 year old and she had a great time! Rooms are very spacious, include a kitchen, huge bathroom with 2 person jacuzzi tub, fireplace and a patio.

This was the Perfect place to bring the kids for a day trip. The waterpark was clean and just the right temp! I had kids of all ages and they all found something they loved to do. And having the opportunity to have a place to meet and get together (the suite that came with the package) made it even more great. Stables next door gave us a chance to get outside and enjoy a ride! Another pleasant suprise. The food at Timber Ridge was also great...everything from fast food to dinner place at night. Wish we had longer to stay!

My family loves the waterpark! Wish it was open a littler earlier in the morning and later at night but not a big deal. Great rooms also! We always stay here when we come to Lake Geneva!!

Pretty good and fun water park for the kids, rooms were clean and spacious. The waterpark has an indoor outdoor hot tub. A lazy river and slides.

Great lifeguards. After 3 days, our kids were done and a little bored. Outdoor Swimming pool is very small.

Kids enjoyed the Waterpark,but the suite could benefit from a heavy duty cleaning. Staff not as attentive as they could. On the plus side, didn't hear hallway or neighbor noise.

Great waterpark, food and entertainment! they have games and activites for the family and kids and the arcade is awesome!

Great place for family!! The rooms are plenty roomy, clean and comfortable. I would go again got my moneys worth. Lot's to do for the families with kids and reasonably priced.

This is a great place-understand it is and will be busy so use the time well and plan as there are some great times within this place. Good food too.
