Garden-Cats
My family and friends enjoyed visiting this historic gem. The tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly, and the grounds are beautiful with well-kept plantings of flowers and trees. There's also a lovely gazebo in the park-like setting out back. The tour is free, so bring the family to give your children a taste of yesterday.

Haines Mill is located on Cedar Creek at the western end of Cedar Creek Parkway East, in the shadow of Dorney Park. The original mill was erected about 1760. As part of Lehigh County’s park system, visitors can watch a water turbine and rolling equipment operated by water power supplied from a mill race in the same way as when it was a thriving commercial venture. The museum is administered by the Lehigh County Historical Society. Its story is not just of local heritage, but of regional history as well.
