My family and I spent all day saturday playing laser tag. I found it not only to be the cleanest place, but the best themed. Their arena is huge with a cool abandoned chemical plant theme that immerses you in the laser tag experience. I have played laser tag in many other states and counties and this is BY FAR the best one. The staff was so friendly and their pizza is THE BEST. They have such a great family atmosphere. Needless to say, my family and I will be coming back here often!

As we appreciate any feedback from our guests in order to improve our services, we are deeply disappointed with your review of our facility. First regarding your comment about a span of ages playing the same laser tag game, I am certain this is the norm for the industry when running a public laser tag game. I am not aware of any other facility breaking down the games by age. We were also shocked by your comment that our facility is run down. We have only been open 7 years and take great pride in keeping our place of business looking and running well. We actually get many comments on our comment cards how clean we are and up to date. If you did visit us on or within a day or two of your comment date, I will take full responsibility for our arcade prizes. We had an exceptionally busy week prior and our redemption order did not arrive in a timely manner, so I do apologize for the lack of arcade prizes. We do however try our best to keep a fully stocked redemption counter. Finally, our marshalls who run our games, are competent, trained staff that are there to keep the guests safe and following the rules. I wish you would have asked to speak with the management over your many concerns as we would have done our very best to accommodate you and remedy the situation. We pride ourselves on being a clean, family friendly environment. If you would like to still speak with us regarding these issues please feel free to call us. We would certainly love an opportunity to win you back as a customer.

Driving around town and we saw the sign, pulled in, and played a quick game. The place was empty so my friend and I had the arena to ourselves. The staff was friendly and didn't give us any trouble for running in the arena...that's against the rules, we’re rebels. The arena was nice, all kinds of things to duck behind. The floor was clean; I did my fair share of crawling around. Would defiantly visit again, we had an awesome time.

If you have kids who love lazer tag, this place is a great value. The $20 play as much as you want package with pizza and unlimited drink is much more than we can get other places for that price. If you go on weekends, it can be packed. Week days are much better. Only complaint is that it is not staffed well.

My family of four met some friends here on a Saturday, and it was reasonably busy. We bought the unlimited lazer tag w/ food option at $20/person. With that, you get two slices of pizza (which I'm not expecting much for arcade pizza....and I was right), unlimited fountain drink refills, and unlimited lazer tag. Honestly, that's not a bad deal, if the Lazer Tag was worth it. I knew I was in for quite the interesting day when I visited the men's room and, much to my chagrin, there was no toilet paper. And the toilet paper dispenser had room for two large industrial rolls of toilet paper.....so, I wonder how long it has been that way.... Once in the lazer tag prep room, the rules weren't explained well. I had to ask patrons the concept of the base that our team was supposed to "defend." The gameplay itself was fun enough, but the layout of the arena makes you an easy target if you ever want to walk anywhere, so it's best to just sit somewhere and snipe. (I got the most points on my team several times doing this.) There are plenty of hiding places too. The ramps to the second level and some places around the arena have running chainlink fences. I wasn't a fan of this, because I ripped my shirt when it got caught on it. Some of the vests had more volume than others, too, so I had trouble hearing some guns, whereas other guns had the volume up really loud. My biggest complaint, though, was with customer service. My daughter fell ill after one game, so my wife took her home. The Lazer Factory has a policy of absolutely no refunds after buying the unlimited options. I honestly don't have a problem with blanket policies like that, because it keeps out the riff-raff. Nevertheless, I talked to the manager and said, "I read the sign about no refunds, but I was wondering if you would do me a favor because my daughter fell ill and my wife and her only played one game. They went home and my son and I are still here to play. Is there anyway we can get some sort of refund? " Well of course, the manager was somewhat apologetic, but said there are no refunds given. The next sequence of events, I just have to look back with mild amusement. She offered us some free games to be used in the future. I said, "Yeah, sure." Then she proceeded to explain the policy in more detail, and then offered me free passes, AGAIN! I said, "Yeah, that would be fine." She proceeded AGAIN explaining the policy of no refunds and asked if we lived near the area (which we do) and if we would like passes. She offered me free passes three times, and three times I verbally accepted those passes, but she never got them for me. After the fourth time she asked me for free passes, I finally just said, "No. That won't be necessary." She asked the obligatory, "Are you sure? You know, if you come back." And I said, "IF I come back." My family sure likes Laser Tag, but we'll be driving to Carlisle to go to the Sports Emporium. That Lazer Tag, was a lot of fun.
