My son recently celebrated his 3rd birthday here. we reserved a party room for 15 kids from 2 to 4 pm. We were all waiting in the lobby at 2pm and anticipated someone to have been ready to coordinate check-in, waiver forms, a cart for gifts and place to put the kids shoes....but there was no one to be found. I entered the place and notified them that all the kids arrived and were waiting outside. After a couple confused looks someone began working with us. There were no available carts for shoes so one of the employees went around looking for one. Another girl came out and realized nothing was set up so she went back in to help the other girl find a cart. minutes later they came out and started explaining the waiver and taking forms. Halfway through that process a cart arrived. At about 220 the kids made their way in to the place to start bouncing. First impression:very smallSecond impression: way too crowdedThird impression: why is it 100 degrees in here? Management didn't take any consideration to limit access when birthday parties were booked. It was way overcrowded, no where for parents to sit and because of the excess amount of people the thermostats read 81 degrees. All the kids were sweating, even the adults that were just standing there. I could imagine the germs on the plastic bounce houses. They were packed with sweaty kids and just 4 inflatables to play on. At 3ish they called all the kids in the room only to wait 15 minutes for the pizza to arrive. So we had to hurry up, serve, and eat, then do the cake and get out of the room by 345 or else we would be charged 25 dollars extra for delaying the next party's entrance. The end result: the party of 15 kids, 6 pizzas, 2 sodas, and 3 jugs of tap water cost us $370. We even had to go back to ask for the included party favor, which was a cheap plastic thing that broke in the parking lot. Most of the kids left the lobby before they came out to pass them out.I'm giving 1 stars instead of zero because the kids did have a great time. They were too young to notice what all the adults did. As the parents/host we were very embarrassed and felt ripped off by the price and service. We'll never go back. Another parent asked for a comment card to leave and they were told that they don't have any. I hope this helps others in selecting their venue for b-day parties.

As we understand that price can be a constraint for some parents, we make sure to keep our prices in line with related amusements as well as regularly offer specials.We do state on our website that we are perfect for ages 2-12 and that parents should assist smaller children for safety. The manufacturer does provide guidelines on the equipment; however, we follow all safety regulations and laws in accordance with the PA Department of Agriculture as well as the best practices of ASTM International as safety is our number one priority.We hope you'll take another chance to visit Planet Bounce!

Sorry to hear that your party wasn't a blast in your eyes! We keep the cadets on a strict schedule for parties between bouncing and the party room so that every moment is a blast. Safety is our number one priority so we will not hesitate to step in when the situation calls for it, but we want kids to have a stellar time. Parents are welcome to assist on the bounces so make sure you give it a try next time you stop by!
