The woman at the museum was very knowledgable. We loved our visit there and the gift shop prices were very affordable. The only dislike is that they didn't have the train museum open.

Thank you for your wonderful review. If you are having a little "cabin fever" with all this frigid weather come get "warm" in our museum this winter with our special quilt display throughout the gallery. Bring your cross country skis too.

Don't miss this wonderful small-scale museum in lovely Eaglesmere PA. A fascinating and very well done museum chronicling of the town's 100-year history, with great artifacts and professional presentations. It is a must see!

This is a great little museum with good and entertaining information about the history of Eagles Mere. Doesn't take long to go through and it's free!

So glad you enjoyed our museum and took the time to review us. I am sorry the trains were not running "on schedule", but appreciate the acknowledgement of its unique display. Even though I may be Mayor and on the Museum board, I am sorry to say I am not a great engineer. Please come again when they are running properly and you can enjoy the full effect. very beautiful place and very friendly people..totally enjoyed the museum and all it had to offer, very nice gift shops. very clean inside and out, we especially enjoyed visit with lady from England that runs a gift shop. we took a nice walk and we were very happy we decided to stop there

our first visit to the museum was very impressive every thing is done in good taste so the visitor can get a picture of what life was like in the good old days, plus on our visit we were lucky to have one of the grandsons of a family living there, the grandson gave us a personal tour to add to the visit , that gave it a plus, thanks for all who helped with this project for all off the rest of us to enjoy.
