The familys grandfather imported a herd of Aurshire cows 90 years ago, a rarity in this area. The cows provide a distinctivee milk with gentle taste - perfect for making good cheese.Working with a nearby cheese artisan, the owners produce a wide variety of Cheddar and Colby cheeses, with flavors running from horseeraddish to Jalapenio. The cheese has a unique taste and you quickly becomeee addicted to it.This is a working farm and ther visitor's room is tiny, but the couple that run the place are extremeely hospitable. For cheese lovers, this is a must stop in eastern Pennsylvania.
