This is a stone viaduct built in the 1860's I don't believe that it is used anymore but you can see the great structure. It is not in Starrucca but in Lanesboro, PA. which is 9 miles further.

Of course its impressive, but should be visited during the winter when there are no leaves on the trees. Difficult to get a good view from above. You can almost onnly be between the pillars in the middle of a residentual neighborhood
