Despite sub-zero temperatures, we loved Bucknell! Athletic facilities were top-notch as were the engineering programs we toured. The admission staff were very helpful in pointing us in the right direction for things that were not included on the tour. We hope to be back again!

Visited the School - Had Lunch - Paid a lot - Got terrible service and pretty awful food - And left.

Even though I visited during winter break, I could imagine the beautiful campus bustling with students who, because of Bucknell's small size, could well know each other. Next time I'm going to get a campus tour.

Worth either a drive through or a walk around. We didn't have a lot of time to spend but enjoyed what we did see.

CMU plummeted from my son's top pick because he said the tour "sucked the life out of him and made him sad." All the students, he felt, seemed miserable and fun seemed to be absent. The tour itself was a superficial sprint. But Bucknell went from a let's-just-go-it-because-friends-mine-went-there to, Wow! It's a liberal arts school which is not what my son was looking for. But after a 30 minute information session and 90 minute tour (15 & 50 respectively at CMU) my son said he "really liked it." Maybe it was the stark contrast to the CMU tour the day before or maybe it sparked an interest in my son beyond computer science and entrepreneurial startups. Either way, Bucknell's now is in my son's Top Three!

Family college visit to Bucknell. My daughter loved the school and hopes to attend next year. Really nice campus and friendly students/faculty.

Our family's first visit to Bucknell University and the lovely town of Lewisburg couldn't have been more perfect. Absolutely the most beautiful campus we have ever seen with top notch educational opportunities. Definitely do the campus tour; the students were friendly and oh so proud! The quaint downtown area is just blocks from campus, within unique shops and eateries.

Very beautiful campus on outskirts of small town. Rolling hills, great buildings. Tour guides were superb.

It is a clean and good campus. I did not study there but looks to be a good university. The campus is in town so there are a lot of shopping places available.

Walked around the campus, very pretty. Was at the pool. A beautiful place, sitting was amble. Chlorine levels must have been off, The air quality was hurting our eyes and throats.

Well organized Lacrosse Recruiting Tournament run by Coaching Staff at Bucknell.... Boys appreciated air conditioned Dorms after Hot Days on Field. If your team wants tons of lacrosse over 3 Days 10-12 games.... this is a great pick

I am biased. I went to school here 25 years ago. But, this is really the most beautiful campus I have ever visited over all these years.

Beautiful campus, with even modern buildings blending into a sense of wholeness often lacking in other colleges.

I'm ready to go, I wonder if I could get in... Yes, it's roughly $60,000 per year, but man, what a way to spend four years! We arrived after driving up Routes 11 and 15 (very strange roads, by the way, almost as if they had decayed from a "prime" from 1950, pre interstate...), having visited Dickinson College the day before, and were taken on a tour by the most charming young woman (a Junior) who made this college seem quite idyllic. The school is in the most quaint town, quite literally in the middle of nowhere to this Western New England family. The informational session only added to the appeal. It felt right, and impressed us all, although I think my wife and I liked it the most. I would feel so comfortable having my daughter go to this school in what felt like a safe town that seemed to love its college. Wouldn't it be nice if we could go back to college every ten years or so? I know I'm ready...

Bucknell University provides an outstanding foundation for all its students. Bucknellians are taught to think critically thus creating very marketable employees.
