Great park for walking, kids playing in the creek, etc. Picnics are always fun! We have our family reunions here every year and there is enough room to set up lots of games for the kids and adults!

I did not get to spend much time there nor see the museum in the park but it was well marked. I was a little disappointed there was no camping. There is a private Oil Creek Family Campground not far from here. I was not very happy with the tent sites. The showers at the private campground were clean.

Rode from Petroleum Center trail head up into Titusville..a little over 10 miles each way. Great views of Oil Creek, well written markers with historical facts along the way, small grades up and down from creekside to get some exercise, and a few old bridges to cross. Highly recommend this bike trail !The extra excitement came when I was returning, and within a mile of my car, when a REALLY large black bear decided it would be a good time to head off the mountain (to the right of the trail, as I was heading back) and go down to the creek, perhaps for an afternoon drink - or to fish for a late lunch !He was standing up on the trail, maybe 50-70 yards in front of me - and looking at least seven feet tall ! had to be over 400 pounds of black fur....wow Choosing to let him go his way, I waited right where I stopped on the trail, and gave him about 10 minutes to wander off the bike trail....and never saw him as I returned to the parking lot.Wish I had a picture - but trust me, this is no "fish story". What a magnificent creature..and a wonderful park to visit.

Great day with the family having a cookout and then a bike ride after. Clean and the staff was super friendly. Can't wait for the next ride

Having grown up in this area and visited many, many times, this is a place I usually visit when in the area. It went from a run down park with a gravel drive many years ago to a paved lot, cared for grounds and clean facilities. Interactions with the rangers are few and far. There are some information plaques in the vicinity and it adds to the visit. I'll always return as long as it's open.

Great bike trail ... Mostly level grades but with nearly 20 miles to ride between Titusville & Oill City. Nice picnic areas along the way to stop for lunch. Interpretive markers to explain areas role in the trail of oil history. Nice views of creek with area to stop & watch the local trout fisherman. Also great hiking trails that are well maintained & marked.
