Years ago, after trying out a few productions here, we were so impressed with the Montgomery Theater experience that we became season ticket-holders. We continue to be pleased with that decision every time we come here. It is intimate theater. The front row is 5 feet from and on the same level as the 'stage'. There are just four+ rows of stadium seating, with a capacity of about 120 people. If there are bad seats here, we haven't found them.We see 4-5 plays a year. Play selection is purposefully varied - musicals, comedies, dramas. Each has been an excellent production. Individual and cast performances are consistently strong - and occasionally exceptionally so. This Saturday past, we attended the current play - Souvenir. It was truly exceptional! The run ends on 9/21/14. It is worth rearranging your schedule to see it.If you can't make this one, make reservations for a future show. Montgomery Theater is that good!

I'm not a theater person, but this is a smaller setting. You are close enough to the actors to see their true expressions. Not a big production place, but the actors we very good and the story line was good. Parking can be difficult to find if you are not from around there.

We have been subscribers to Montgomery Theater for the last few years and we have always been pleased with this "theater experience". Some shows we like more than others but overall this local "theater experience" is always Awesome!! Tom Quinn & Hope, Allegra, Jessica and the rest of the staff and actors do an Awesome job providing you with a top notch "theater experience" We are very pleased with our subscription. We tried the Montgomery Theater, Too experience and we were very pleased with this performance. The Montgomery Theater, Too series is designed for audiences of children ages 5-12 and their families. We saw a production with the grandkids and it was Awesome!! We laughed out loud, we clapped a lot, we smiled throughout and we were amazed by the young actors and the scenery. This is a "theater experience" that we will look to repeat in the future.

Montgomery Theater gives varied equity theater experiences ranging from one person to multi-actors depending on the play. Some plays are better than others. However, since each person has individual tastes, it is hard to give thumbs down on any of the productions. Currently, "The Musical of Musicals" is running and it is well acted and hilarious.

Have been patrons since April 1995. can honestly say there was only one evening in all that time that we did not enjoy. While there are a few other theater companies in the area, this has been our choice time after time. Small and intimate setting for fabulous performances. try it you'll like it!krs.

Montgomery theater opened its main stage in 2002. With only 122 seats, you need to get you tickets in advance. There are only five productions a year in this little theater. Montgomery theater was originally the Souderton firehouse until it was purchased in the early 90's and renovations were started. It opened the 70 seat lower level in the mid 90's which is still used for youth educational programs. Ticket prices are reasonable considering the top rate talent they attract.

My husband and I enjoy live theater and are so happy that our friends introduced us to this one! In a very comfortable setting, we have seen some of the best plays and actors that would rival any Broadway show! Definitely worth the subscribtion!
