great eastern cutlery

Having done the tour a number of times, I can tell you it just gets better and better. Visit often, it is just excellent to watch knives being made

Today was our first time visiting this cutlery. I have seen their knives before but never stopped at the factory. The tour took about and hour and was very informative. I know more about a knife then every though possible. Very detailed and friendly. It takes over 200 steps to make one knife, these are all hand made and most of the parts are made in house...even the bone dying for the handles.
