We live a mile away and I take my granddaughter's here to pass a day. They love the pet store. But the mall is not too exciting--not many changes over the years.

The Berkshire Mall is a smaller sized mall compared to King of Prussia Mall and Park City Mall in Lancaster. However, it packs a small punch. The main stores are: Boscovs, Bon Ton and Sears. In addition they have the Limited, Gap. Hollister, Victoria's Secret to name a few. Here is a link to the mall directory: http://www.berkshiremall.com/directoryI like this mall as the stores seem to have a wide variety of clothing and usually you can find the sizes you are looking for. The mall is on the smaller side so in my opinion it makes it very easy to go in and get what you are looking for and get out. They have plenty of parking, a food court and also tons of restaurants along the perimeter of the mall as well. Across the street from the mall they have an Old Navy store, down the road form the mall they also have a shopping center with Ulta, Ross, Marshalls and Target along with more restaurants and shops.I have always found the customer service at this mall to be excellent. I wish I could say the same for King of Prussia (KOP), Matter of fact the manager of the Pac Sun at the Berkshire Mall fixed an issue I had with a purchase at the KOP mall.

If you remember going to the mall in the late 80's early 90's you will love this place. We stopped by here after an afternoon out in Adamstown Antiquing. From the Very dated interior to the elevator that smelled like it was having an electrical fire, we were not overly impressed. The food court is small and lackluster with the only highlight being the Hamburger & Hot dog vendor who did have pretty good fries and the burger were not bad. The video arcade on the first floor by the elevators was serious throwback to the 80's and offered a bit of nostalgia. The chain stores appeared well maintained and clean.
