eastern museum of motor racing

....now I am biased,but this is one great little museum...if you time your visit to take in the historical Latimore Valley raceway,you will not be disappointed.Free to enter,go wild in their gift shop...staff are ever so friendly and helpful.Last time I was there one of their volunteers took me round,and told me some interesting facts about the exhibits.Well worth a contribution to keep this place going.

We were just driving by and saw the sign; being car enthusiasts we had to check it out. They were just about to close for the day, but the gentleman was great and stayed late to show us around. The museum has a great collection of racing cars and it was a joy to see the 3/4 midgets; those are hard to find these days.

Went to this museum yesterday with a friend. Kind of in the middle of nowhere., but worth the drive for any race fan!

Loved to stop in and look at the past history of racing. Very detailed. Wish we had more time the day we stopped. We will be going back for a second look..
