We stopped at the outlets around lunch time on a Friday in very, very cold February. As you might imagine, they weren't crowded during the day in the off season.Lots of sales going on. Talbots ladies outlet had everything priced at 50% off, so I bought two pairs of nice shorts and a top.Chicos had "but one, get second one at 50% off " throughout the entire store. They usually have better sales than that - so I didn't bite and purchase anything.Kasper always has a good selection and had their spring clothes in already. I was looking for wool slacks, and they don't carry wool, Just their year round slacks which I have several pairs of and love because they are washable.Under armor was having a great sale, but their largest size in the clothes my husband liked was large, so we didn't purchase anything.Other stores include the usual suspects: Nautica, Disney, Bass, Clark's, Brooks Brothers, Hanes, Wilsons Leather, Starbucks and more. You can google the outlet for the entire store directory.Restrooms were clean.

The Tanger Outlet folks run a tight ship. If you've visited one Tanger Outlet, you will become an expert on any other one you visit throughout the nation. The Hershey version of the Tanger Outlet is rather compact, possibly small, probably because the developers expected a limited amount of time to be devoted to shopping in between the Chocolate Experience and riding the coasters. The facility is set up in a square with outlets on all four corners. There is sufficient parking and the layout is simple to follow. This is a small Tanger Outlet so don't expect hundreds of stores. Opportunities for children's clothing abound along with a sufficient supply of men's and women's outfitters. You should be able to complete your shopping spree within two hours if the kids cooperate.

The Hershey Tanger Outlets used to be the Hershey Outlets several years ago. The shopping venue is not as expansive as the Tanger area in Lancaster, PA, but they make the most of their space with a terrific array of stores and bargains. There are outlet stores for every taste, interest, and age group. Carter's for kids, J. Crew for the hip, Jockey for those who need underwear, Chico's for women, Haggar for men, and Disney and Under Armour for everyone. With the same friendliness and service found through out the Hershey area, the Tanger Outlets never disappoint. Their Starbucks is the best in the Central PA area, with perfect hot/cold drinks and friendly baristas. Tanger is a great place for family members who need a break from the park (get your hand stamped before leaving!) or don't want to go there at all. The Outlets are next to the park and across the highway from The Hotel Hershey.

While the men were watching the NFL playoffs the gals decided to go shopping. We had no problem finding a parking spot near Coach - our first store. They and other stores had sales. After much looking I decided even the sal prices were not worth it for me. I did get two pairs of shoes at Sketchers where they had buy one and get the second 50% off. Also did very well at Talbots where I bought four items which came out to be 50% off the entire order. Had a quite bite at Subway which was a few doors down near Talbots and Coach. My friends who go they regularly didn't find anything. They said it is always hit or miss.

After Christmas shopping was a delight. High end shops with inviting discounts. Ample parking. Polite service.

WOW! WOW! Went shopping with my 90-year old mom. Lucky we went on a superb sale time. We got 50% plus 40% discount off of already reduced items at COACH; i.e., $140 sunglasses for $45! Picked up white t-shirts at Gap for $1.88!!! Banana $79 pants for $6.99! That's just a sampling of the great bargains to be had there. Two problems: chilly day and there's no inner corridor to go from store to store; you must come out in the cold to go into another store. Next problem was the lavatories are far apart and mom had the need to visit these often. I spent at least 6 hours there and wasn't able to see every store. Some of the stores here are: Coach, Guess, J. Crew, Banana, Easy Spirit, Sketchers, Champion, As Seen on TV, RL, Wilson's Leather, etc…. I recommend the outlet as a great bargain shopper's paradise!!!

I love this outlet mall; it has everything you can imagine. My favorite is Izod, pleasant staff, super prices and variety. And with a Starbucks in the corner.........a good experience.

We attempted to get all of our Christmas shopping complete. This outlet mall is easy to get to and not to crowded but needs more stores added. I have been to Tanger Outlets in Lancaster, PA and WOW!

It was nice, enough damage was done. lol. The staff at all the stores were very nice. Found what I was looking for, for the most part.

The normal array of outlet stores. good prices but like anywhere else, be sure to check prices! A nice place to shop while on vacation visiting Hershey attractions. Small p,angry d for children, Starbucks. Some stores change ( in & out of business).

Small. Expensive. No food court. Not as good as other Tanger outlet malls. I wasn't impressed. Coach and Hanes employees were very helpful.

My doctor's office is in Hershey, so as a local, I stop in at the outlets often to see if I can find a good deal. The problem is that finding a good deal is rather hit or miss. The Children's Place consistently provides the best deals. We enjoy going to the Disney Store, and tend to check out their clearance racks. Lately, however, I've been disappointed at the selections available at the Disney Store. Of all the stores to sell Frozen merchandise, one would expect that the Disney Store would have the better selection. We were wrong. They had a small end cap with jackets and tote bags, with nothing else. Also, prior to school starting, we went there for my daughter to pick out her book bag and lunch bag. In previous years, they offerred a large, varied supply of character-related school supplies; but this year they only had a small area designated for school supplies, with not as much selection to choose from. We will continue to visit the outlets, but only because we are locals and pass by them often.

We drove around and looked at all of the stores to decide where we wanted to go, and we were surprised at how few stores there were that actually interested us. The choices just weren't that great. Also, the set-up was very strange - the stores circled the parking lot, instead of having the stores in the middle and the parking around, like at a regular outlet mall. Don't think we'd ever bother stopping here again.

I would recommend to go with friends and family members. Don't forget to get coupon book from shopper service. It may cost you $5. But we got it for fee as I have coupon for the coupon book ;-). You can also register your email to get 4 couples of 20% discount which only apply for one per item in selected stores.All stores have their different coupons discount policies so coordinate among yourselves and bill your items accordingly. For example:1. Single couple with maximum discount may apply only once per day on only one item.2. Coupon only apply if you reach certain amount.So, split or combine your items to maximize your saving.

Even the sale prices at nearly every store were not very good deals. Just plain expensive for something considered "outlets"... We pruchased very few of the items we were looking for.
