The Christmas holiday season is special at the Brass Rail. You cannot help getting into the Christmas spirit with all of the decorations which must take many hours to create. Also try at least one Tom & Jerry an old holiday drink when you visit they are very good.

The "Rail" serves a delicious traditional Christmas drink from Thanksgiving through Christmas, which is not to be missed! The over-the-top Christmas decorations put even the most hard-hearted Scrooge in the Christmas spirit. Come early Wed - Sat, as seating is hard to come by after 5:00 pm.

Excellent locale watering hole, the place is classic 30's and the bar back is historic with tiffany glass lamp shades. Christmas is the time to go to see the massive display of Christmas lights inside and the place is packed during the holiday season and after hockey games across the street.While there is no food sold here,they do have jiffy pop popcorn which is popular and some bagged chips and not so good nachos but if you plan to go eat at the Coney island next door before hand. The place only takes cash and its a very safe low key locale place to take your wife of date. everyone is friendly and the wait staff has been there for many years combined and know most everyone who pops in.
