I wish I could say the service is terrible. But after sitting in a booth, for 10 minutes, in the half empty restaurant, without a waitress even coming over to offer us water, I don't know. We were trying to figure out where to eat and have a couple of drinks and we decided to go to Sweetwater, having been a couple of times with friends. When we arrived, we waited to be seated and they offered us a table, which I thought was find. My wife, wanted a booth as they are more comfortable. Apparently this was a horrible thing to ask, or it offended the hostess, or something because walked us over to a booth with a perceived change in attitude. She told us who our waitress would be and left. That was the last we talked to a staff member... My wife went to the bathroom while I perused the menu and beer list. Hmmm, ribeye? Buffalo dip? Be good and have a salad? When my wife returned, we talked about the menu and items wanted to try. Then we waited. And watched football. And waited. Still no server, no water, nada. After a couple minutes, I asked my wife if we should leave after 10 minutes if we don't at least have someone come to the table. She said sure, so we waited. And then waited another minute. Then we got up, took our stuff, and walked out the door without even so much as an acknowledgement that we had been there. We then went down the road to another place where we were welcomed in, waited on immediately, and had a great time. Well, I won't be back. I know my wife really wanted the Buffalo dip, so she might. But there was nothing about the experience that would make me want to go back.
