I was only here once for St. Pat's Day, but had a great time. The music was great and the fish and chips terrific.

I have only good things to say about this restaurant. If you like drinks and friends in the evening, it's great for that. If you want to take your family for lunch or dinner. Can't beat it. The food is awesome every time.

Busy place on holidays and special events. Can be expensive. Police watch this location for trouble. Don't even put you keys into the door of your car with one beer in your belly. Crowd can be rowdy, loud. Staff ca be really good or poor. Really in the end.Better off drinking at home or have the get together in the game room of your home.

Family owned and run. Erin is awesome and has been there for a while. The fish and chips are great as well as the beer selections. The staff is always friendly and always seem to remember you.

Sure, lots of bars claim they have the best juicy bar burger in town. But, that's just not true. Once you chow down on the 1/2 lb, fresh made (not frozen) Kennedy burger you will immediately know that THIS is the BEST! I was there at the beginning of this week for the first time and I will be going back, and soon. My friend had what I call a grilled Chicken Cesar salad and a delicious bowl of French Onion soup. Oh, I love those items, too. The next time I come here for lunch I'll have to "flip" a coin to help me decide what to order. I know that I just won't be able to make a decision. Use the west parking lot and enter through the rear. The east parking lot apron is too steep for low ground clearance vehicles to enter or exit from. My front air dam scraped the cement in both directions.

I'm a long time fan of Kennedy's for a good burger and brew. They offer a good menu of sandwiches, I like the turkey rueben, and of course Guinness on tap. This is Waterford's own "Cheers".

We have eaten three times at this restaurant. Twice for dinner and once for lunch. Nobody in our party found the food to be other than just average each time. Not bad, just not extraordinary. I've tried something different each time, hoping to find something that would really hit the spot, but nothing jumped out as great. If you are looking for a place that has an OK bar atmosphere I would say go to Kennedy's, but not for a special ocassion.

This pub/restaurant in Waterford, just west of the Pontiac City Limits proved to be a great lunch stop for me and my work mates when we stopped in.They tap more Irish beers than just Guinness here, but that dark libation was my drink of choice on our visit. And it's not served ice cold, so it is an authentic pour. The public room is "busy" with decoration themed to remind everyone of the Irish heritage celebrated here. The bar keep also had the foresight to include hometown Waterford in the mix because of its' namesake connection to the Ole Sod. Our meals were typical pub grub in hearty portions. Two of my mates chose to begin lunch with the pub's homemade clam chowder and raved about their soups. The serving of deep fried haddock offered by Kennedy's and enjoyed by two others of us, was "ample" to say the least. This is a neighborhood haunt, but based on my visit, it became a personal favorite. I'm sure to return--and soon!
