VIsit St Mary's for the architecture and stay for the prayful atmosphere. I have visited this house of worship many times. It is one of the most peaceful, prayerful places I have ever experienced. My stress melts away when I enter the doors.

Was here for a wedding and what a beautiful church this is. Amazing stained glass, paintings, statues and details. The location is within easy walking distance of Greektown so it would be worth stopping in if you are in the area. Still in great shape, you can tell that it has been well maintained. Great stop.

Attending mass at Old St. Mary's is a traditional, reverent experience. One of the most beautiful churches in Detroit.

This church is amazing, even for a non-catholic like our family. Not only the church's interior is gorgeous, the church itself has an amazing history over 200 years with 2 restorations. Needless to say, this is the most prominent Catholic church around.

We went to this church for a friends wedding and it was absolutely gorgeous! The noise inside the church was perfect, when we exited, there were loud cars being worked on/engines being revved.

For close to 200 years, Roman Catholics have worshipped here. Rebuilt after a fire in the 1880s and restored again in 1984, this is one of the most beautiful, most respectful religious icons in America.

If you are into history this is a pretty neat place. It has a lot of history and the building is old. Not a lot to say about it but if you are wandering around downtown it is worth a peek. A bit of nice and quiet.

Doors are usually open so you can walk in. The place is absolutely breathtaking. Must have been a ton of mob money dumped into this church back in the day.

Detroit is a magnificent city. You have all kind of attractions. One of the principal is this beautiful church, the first in the city. There is the devotion of Saint Anne every July 26th. Saint Anne was the grandmother of Jesus. That's why this day is called also "Grandparents day".

A beautiful old RC Church. Daily Mass at 12:10pm. Many relics in side cove. Daily confessions before Mass. Across from Greektown casino. Free parking if going to Mass.
