Their gallery is right downtown and a "must see" while you're out looking around town. Todd and Brad Reed have won awards for their photography and this is the place to see it and meet them. We love their work and it really shows off the beauty of west Michigan.

If you like landscaping and nature scenes, do not miss a visit to their studio. It is amazing what this father/son team can capture with a camera. The staff is very friendly and usually at least one of the Reeds are present to help.

Todd and Brad Reed are a father-and-son team who specialize in award-winning outdoor photography. Since they are based in Ludington (a port city on Lake Michigan), a large number of the Michigan scenes that they have recorded have themes related to that Great Lake (e.g., lighthouses, ships, beaches, dunes, lake storms, and amazing sunsets over the water). The downtown gallery contains hundreds and hundreds of signed photos, canvases, and framed pieces (both large and small), along with related books and stunning calendars. The photos cover all four seasons, and some of the winter scenes are quite dramatic. Depending upon your level of interest, you might spend 20 minutes -- or a couple of hours -- browsing through the gallery's extensive collection. Todd sold me a matted photographic print of the 410-foot S.S. Badger passing the North Breakwater Light at sunset. It will be a wonderful reminder of my vacation in Ludington.
