We came here on a Friday around midnight. It was very smoky inside, but they played good dance music so that was quickly forgotten. There was a $10 bottomless cup special and the bartenders were friendly.

It has pool tables, a dance floor, plenty of seating, clean bathrooms, cold beer, service is quick but a bit off on their mixed drink knowledge (how can you blame them-its not a club) and the person sitting next to you is chatty. What else could you want? You can also smoke in this bar.

During our August trip to Boonville, my wife and I happened upon The Mainstreet Pub. It was hot and we had been walking around taking pictures. We stopped in for a beer and to cool off. We got both. Great local watering spot. It was clean. The gal behind the bar was friendly and provided good service. There are pool tables. We enjoyed visiting with several local residents. Yeah, I almost forgot, the beer was cold. Very reasonable prices. If you're on Main Street, stop in, have a beer, play some pool,watch TV and visit with the locals.
