We went there after checking into the hotel. It was a great way for the kids to burn off energy after being in the car for hours. Place was clean and well staffed.

We took our two grandsons to Sky Zone a while back and they had a great time. On our recommendation, our daughter in law took their four kids there as well and they also really enjoyed the experience. Our grandsons had a small issue with the dodge ball area. They weren't allowed to do that at first because only one of the dodge ball areas was staffed at the time and it was full. They were very disappointed in that, but did get to play later on at least. That's why I'm only giving it four stars. If an activity is advertised as part of the entrance price, then it should be available. Businesses ought to make sure they've got sufficient people to staff everything. This wouldn't stop our going back though, or recommending the place to others.

The way our team handles phone calls is just as important as our in-park guest experience, and we have high standards for both. We brought our two 11 yr old and 8 yr old grandkids here and they had a great time.! Lots of staff to watch the kids and they divided them up by size. Dodge Ball was a big hit! Basketball not so much. We spent one hour and it was plenty of time. I would recommend ordering your ticket on line and getting there in the morning. We arrived at 10:30am and the open tickets were sold out until 6pm. That would have been a huge disappointment. By the time we were leaving it was really getting crowded. BRING WATER!! They do sell it, also.

Our girls had a blast 5 and 12. Kids of all ages where there. MAKE SURE YOU BOOK ONLINE BEFORE YOU GO AS THEY SELL OUT ALMOST EVERY DAY. place was clean, and didn't smell like most McDonalds play lands do. Staff was friendly and abundant. They always made sure that age and size kids were grouped together on there own sides. the girls didnt have to wait to do anything. Plenty of things to do even on a day when they were sold out and packed!! we will be back

Awesome place for the kids to celebrate birthdays and burn off some excess energy. Even the adults enjoyed some jumping.

This is our first visit to Sky Zone. My nephew, 10, and niece, 7, had a wonderful time. The staff were friendly and helpful. We will likely visit again when we are in the area.

My daughter loves this place as does anyone we take with us (cousins, friends, neighbors). Price seems a bit high, but the kids are ALWAYS tired after an hour of jump time.

Took my daughter and a friend on a Friday when they didn't have school. They almost had the place to themselves. An even better deal with a Groupon!

We went from 730 to 9 on a Saturday, I suggest if you are an adult going a bit later when there are less children. We had a great time mingling with everyone while playing on the Dodge ball courts. On the open court we bounced around watching kids doing flips. The basketball hoop trampoline was fun to jump high and dunk the ball. Only thing to watch out for is with all the small children the bathrooms can be messy but what can expect with so many kids having fun. Lots of smiles.

We had a fun time- our group loved it here. We had a wide age range - Big & little kids will have a great time jumping. Dodgeball is a favorite! All activities were supervised very well by the staff. Observation areas available for non-jumpers. Lockers available for rental. Birthday parties welcome.

Thank you for your visit and for your review. Sorry to hear you did not find enough to do while you were here. Open jump, SkySlam basketball and Ultimate Dodgeball are our three core activities during regular business hours, and they usually keeps everyone pretty busy and active! Unfortunately dodgeball is not something we can always guarantee due to private court rentals and the fact that we need enough participants of similar sizes to get a game going. It is unfortunate that you did not get to play, as in most cases we are able to get a game going for at least part of a participant's time with us. We hope you will reconsider and give Sky Zone another shot for some Awesome, Healthy, Fun!
