Youre better off driving to a better location. This one is filthy! Just drive by and drive around it. I dont think the exterior has been cleaned since it was built. Ever heard of a pressure washer? And inside isnt much better. Theres no security! The last evening I went there, there was a large group of black youth shouting and cursing amongst themselves. It sounded like I had just walked into a rough and tough bar at the port or orleans. There was no security. I did see an older man in a security guard outfit but he looked the other way and quickly got away from the mob. Dont go there if you can avoid it. And I wont even go into the regular police reports made there from shoppers who returned to their vehicles and found they had been robbed.

Mid-sized single-level mall. Anchor stores include: Sears, JC Penneys, Dillards, and a Belk's. A movie cinema with 9 screens. Outside on the ring road, they got an Old Navy, a Geoffrey's (Toys-R-Us),and an Ashley's furniture.Good things:Good repair throughout the mall. No buckets laid out in the middle of a rainstorm here. Clean in public areas. Mall is nearby (within 1 mile) alot of the major stores, hotels, and restaurants in Meridian: Outback, Olive Garden, Super Wal-mart, Cici's Pizza, Sam's Club,etc... Bad things: Food court area had only three venders and one sitdown mexican restaurant left, and two of them serve chinese food. Outlook on anchor stores like Sears also unsure due to state of economy.For those with young children: There is a children's play area near one end by Belks that a great place to chill out while munchin on a pretzel (Those things can get addictive.) while kiddies burn off excess energy on a rainy day.
